Membership information is securely uploaded daily. After you have registered for the SHOWBenefits app, this will be available to you the following day.
*Telemedicine Service is not available until 24 hours after app activation. All member information is sent to MDLive and this takes 24 hours for upload.*
After you have logged in for the first time and the 24 hour activation time has passed just click on the top tile - 24/7 Doctor and you will be taken to the MDLIVE service. You will be required to create a new MDLIVE account but NO CREDIT CARD OR PAYMENT INFORMATION IS EVER REQUIRED. A virtual nurse will appear and ask you a few basic questions about the reason for your visit and then the Doctor will help you from there.
The usage of the Telemedicine service is UNLIMITED and FREE to the NAIT member and their family!
