How do I access the NAIT/SHOWBenefits App ?

  1. Visit the Apple APP Store - Click Here or GOOGLE Play - Click Here and search for SHOWBenefits to install the app to your phone. Please pay close attention to the yellow plus sign inside the blue circle - this is the icon you want to select
  2. When you open the app for the first time you will need to login using your NAIT Member ID # xxxxxx and Date of Birth xx/xx/xxxx. If you have forgotten your NAIT Member ID# you can call 877-770-6248 to retrieve it.
  3. Once logged in – you will see the app change to our exclusive NAIT platform. Please remember that the Telemedicine service requires 24 hours to update.

I just joined NAIT but I cannot access the app yet?

  Membership information is securely uploaded daily. After you have registered for the SHOWBenefits app, this will be available to you the following day.

 


How does the Telemedicine function work?

*Telemedicine Service is not available until 24 hours after app activation. All member information is sent to MDLive and this takes 24 hours for upload.*

After you have logged in for the first time and the 24 hour activation time has passed just click on the top tile - 24/7 Doctor and you will be taken to the MDLIVE service. You will be required to create a new MDLIVE account but NO CREDIT CARD OR PAYMENT INFORMATION IS EVER REQUIRED. A virtual nurse will appear and ask you a few basic questions about the reason for your visit and then the Doctor will help you from there.

The usage of the Telemedicine service is UNLIMITED and FREE to the NAIT member and their family!

How do I access all the benefits that NAIT offers?

NAIT benefits are available on the SHOWBenefits app. Once you are logged in you will see the app change to our exclusive NAIT platform. You can explore all the benefits available to our members in the "Other NAIT Benefits" section at the bottom of the app screen.

Where is the member portal?

How do I access my NAIT Member ID#?

          You can retrieve your Member ID number by choosing one of the following options:

  1. Your 6 digit Member ID# can be found on your NAIT Membership Card sent to you in the mail. Did not receive at card? Please call 800-821-8014 (Option #3) and ask for an Account Manager for assistance.
  2. Contact your NAIT Specialist - Mona Brimeyer toll-free at 877-770-6248.
